How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350.
  • Combine all dry ingredients.
  • Mix in vegetable oil and vanilla.

  • Line a 7x11 pan with parchment paper and pour batter into pan.
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes.
  • This also makes a great dry mix to give as a gift. Layer the dry ingredients in a wide mouth quart jar and attach the list of remaining ingredients on a card with the jar.
