Fast And Crunchy Panko Crusted Baked Cod

- 1 cup mayo shopping list
- 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard shopping list
- 1 tbsp lemon juice shopping list
- 1 tsp dill shopping list
- 1/2 tsp salt shopping list
- 1/2 tsp pepper shopping list
- 1/2 tsp paprika shopping list
- 1 tsp seafood seasoning (Old Bay) shopping list
- dash cayenne pepper shopping list
- 1-2 tbsp dill shopping list
- 2 cups Panko bread crumbs shopping list
- 2-4 tbsp Parmesan cheese shopping list
- 1 stick butter shopping list
- 2 lbs. cod shopping list
How to make it
- Rinse cod under cold water, and dab dry. Cut fish into medium to large pieces.
- Spray a baking dish
- In a bowl mix: mayo, mustard, lemon juice and dill (tsp)
- In another bowl, mix bread crumbs and cheese set aside
- In another bowl, mix salt thru dill.
- Sprinkle seasoning mix over fish
- Brush mayo mixture on filets
- Pat each filet down with panko mixture
- Melt butter and pour over filets
- Bake at 400 for 20 minutes or till flaky
