How to make it

  • Rinse cod under cold water, and dab dry. Cut fish into medium to large pieces.
  • Spray a baking dish
  • In a bowl mix: mayo, mustard, lemon juice and dill (tsp)
  • In another bowl, mix bread crumbs and cheese set aside
  • In another bowl, mix salt thru dill.
  • Sprinkle seasoning mix over fish
  • Brush mayo mixture on filets
  • Pat each filet down with panko mixture
  • Melt butter and pour over filets
  • Bake at 400 for 20 minutes or till flaky
