Never Fail Pie Crust

- Regular size crust: shopping list
- 1 1/2 c. flour shopping list
- 1 1/2 tsp. sugar shopping list
- 1 tsp. salt shopping list
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil (such as canola) shopping list
- 2 Tbsp. milk shopping list
- Deep Dish Crust shopping list
- 2 c. Flour shopping list
- 2 tsp. sugar shopping list
- 1 1/4 tsp. salt shopping list
- 2/3 c. vegetable oil shopping list
- 3 Tbsp. milk shopping list
How to make it
- Mix first 3 ingredients together in a bowl.
- Whip together vegetable oil and milk and add to the dry ingredients.
- Pat approximately 2/3 of the mixture into the bottom of the pie pan.
- Add pie filling and bake as usual.
- For pie shell only, bake for 12 to 15 minutes at 425 degrees.
