How to make it

  • Buffalo wtap
  • Mix togetherin a large bowl the chicken, cream cheese, green onions, black olives, cheese and buffalo sauce.
  • Next, spread a good amount (2 tablespoons or so) onto spinach or tomato basil tortilla ( I did both) and roll tightly ( jelly roll)
  • cut into 3/4 inch slices diagonally
  • Serve with celery slices if desired and buffalo aioli recipe follows
  • If desired, sprinkle with blue cheese crumbles
  • Buffalo aioli
  • mix together in a small bowl, the mayo, Frank's, ranch and spice.
  • Refrigerate until ready to serve
  • For hotter rolls use more Franks or use a few dashes hot sauce
