Buffalo Wrap Bites With Buffalo Dipping Aioli

- Buffalo wraps shopping list
- 2 cups roasted chicken , shredded shopping list
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese shopping list
- 4 ounces soft cream cheese( you can add more if desired) shopping list
- 1/4 cup chopped chives or green onions shopping list
- 1/4 cup chopped black olives shopping list
- 1/3 cup or more buffalo wing sauce( Frank's)! shopping list
- Buffalo aioli shopping list
- 1 cup mayo shopping list
- 2/3 cup to 1 cup ranch dressing ( you could use blue cheese instead if you like ) shopping list
- Teaspoon Zatarains garlic and herb spice shopping list
- 1/3 cup or so( to taste) Frank's buffalo wing sauce shopping list
- For hotter rolls use more Franks or use a few dashes hot sauce shopping list
How to make it
- Buffalo wtap
- Mix togetherin a large bowl the chicken, cream cheese, green onions, black olives, cheese and buffalo sauce.
- Next, spread a good amount (2 tablespoons or so) onto spinach or tomato basil tortilla ( I did both) and roll tightly ( jelly roll)
- cut into 3/4 inch slices diagonally
- Serve with celery slices if desired and buffalo aioli recipe follows
- If desired, sprinkle with blue cheese crumbles
- Buffalo aioli
- mix together in a small bowl, the mayo, Frank's, ranch and spice.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve
- For hotter rolls use more Franks or use a few dashes hot sauce
