- Summer Corn Salsa: shopping list
- 1 cup corn, fresh or frozen shopping list
- 1/2 cup jicama, diced shopping list
- 1/2 cup cucumber, diced shopping list
- 1/2 red pepper, diced shopping list
- 1/2 yellow bell pepper, diced shopping list
- 1/2 green bell pepper, diced shopping list
- 1/2 cup red onion, diced shopping list
- 3 tablespoons cilantro, chopped shopping list
- The following, to taste shopping list
- Cumin shopping list
- Coriander shopping list
- Lime juice shopping list
- Rice vinegar shopping list
- Olive oil shopping list
- Salt and white pepper shopping list
- Jalapeno, minced shopping list
How to make it
- Thaw corn kernels, if using frozen corn, and drain. Dice all ingredients to size of corn kernels.
- mix well and let come to room temp. for service
