How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 375* .Fry the sausage till cooked, drain and then crumble.Saute the onion and pepper in the same frying pan and add the vegetables to the cooked sausage .
  • Stir in the flour and cheese. Spread the mixture in the pie shell. Combine the eggs, milk and seasonings then pour evenly over the sausage mixture.Bake the quiche on a cookie sheet for thirty or forty minutes or till the filling is set
