How to make it

  • Place Oreos in a gallon zipper storage bag and crush into fine crumbs with a rolling pin (or use a food processor). Beat cream cheese in a mixer, add crumbs until well combined.
  • Roll into 1 inch balls and place on a parchment lined baking sheet. Freeze for approximately 15 minutes.
  • Melt almond bark in microwave (2 cup glass measure works well) and dip each truffle, return to parchment lined sheet.
  • Melt mint chocolate chips in microwave. Pour melted chocolate into a small plastic storage bag, and clip a very small portion of one corner. Drizzle truffles with chocolate.
  • *** Chocolate almond bark with a white chocolate chip drizzle works great - less mint flavor, though. A dusting of crushed candy cane would be lovely, too.
