How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Mix all ingredients together and stir by hand. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake until glossy and set (about 25 to 30 minutes). Do not over bake! Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
  • *Note: Traditionally, this recipe uses graham cracker crumbs, but we suggest crushing your favorite cookie for the recipe. Our version in the Cafe uses homemade chocolate cookies.
