How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 180C (350F), line a baking tray with baking paper.
  • Use a teaspoon to scoop out core of pears to make a hollow.
  • Spoon ricotta into hollows, drizzle with half the honey and sprinkle with biscuit.
  • Bake in oven for 25 minutes or until pear is tender and biscuit is golden brown.
  • Drizzle with remaining honey to serve.
