Baked Ricotta Pears

- 4 firm ripe Josephine pears, halved stems intact shopping list
- 200g low-fat fresh ricotta shopping list
- 2 Tbs honey shopping list
- 8 amaretti biscuits (cookies), roughly crushed shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 180C (350F), line a baking tray with baking paper.
- Use a teaspoon to scoop out core of pears to make a hollow.
- Spoon ricotta into hollows, drizzle with half the honey and sprinkle with biscuit.
- Bake in oven for 25 minutes or until pear is tender and biscuit is golden brown.
- Drizzle with remaining honey to serve.
