How to make it

  • 1. Beat egg yolk in a bowl. Don’t be lazy here.
  • 2. Add the garlic, mustard & pepper. Mix well.
  • 3. Mix the oil in slowly, stirring.
  • 4. Add lemon juice & capers & mix well.
  • 5. Add wine and vinegar & mix well.
  • 6. Add salt to taste & mix.
  • 7. Put in a suitable bottle & refrigerate. See Photo
  • 8. Shake well before using.
  • Makes about one cup. This will last eons in the fridge.
  • Serve this over cold Asparagus, Cauliflower, Broccoli, Brussels Sprouts, Artichokes & Artichoke Hearts, etc.
