Deviled Eggs Recipe

Ingredients

How to make it

  • Cut the eggs in half and scoop the yolk into a small bowl
  • add the shallot, parsley, ketchup and miracle whip.
  • Stir until smooth
  • Pipe or fill the egg white halves with the mixture.
  • Sprinkle with the paprika.
  • Refrigerate for several hours.
  • *Please note that I don't usually put that much paprika on the eggs. The dog choose that moment to give off a shrill bark and startled me.
  • **I always add less Miracle Whip and gradually increase the amount until I get the right consistency. Some eggs are drier that others.
