Cabernet Fudge Sauce

- ½ cup red wine shopping list
- 3 oz 70% bittersweet chocolate, chopped shopping list
- 1 ½ oz premium milk chocolate, chopped shopping list
- 2 tbsp salted butter, diced shopping list
- ¼ tsp Cabernet Salt shopping list
- ¼ cup sugar shopping list
- 3 packets Truvia shopping list
- ½ cup half and half cream shopping list
How to make it
- Bring wine to a simmer in a small pot and cook until reduced by half.
- Meanwhile, combine chocolate, butter, salt, sugar and Truvia in a double boiler and heat, stirring, until chocolate and butter are melted.
- Whisk in cream and wine reduction and cool.
