How to make it
- Boil wine until reduced to 1 ½ tbsp. Remove from heat.
- Add salt and stir to allow it to absorb the wine.
- Spread on a baking sheet lined with parchment and air-dry until completely dry (depending on your house it can take 24-72 hours). Stir occasionally to break up any clumps.
- When completely dry, transfer to a jar and store in the cupboard.
