Penne With Zucchini And Bacon(penne Zucchini E Pancetta)

- 3 large zucchini shopping list
- 1 large onion shopping list
- 150g. of bacon or pancetta(about 3/4 of a cup) shopping list
- 1 tbsp. olive oil shopping list
- 200ml of heavy cream shopping list
- 1/2 of a bouillon cube shopping list
- 125ml of water shopping list
- 250g of penna(about half a bag) shopping list
- grated Parmesan cheese, to serve. shopping list
How to make it
- Cut the zucchini into small cubes.
- Chop the onion and satue in a large skillet with the bacon or pancetta and the oil until the onion is soft and the bacon is cooked
- Add the cubed zucchini and the bouillon cube
- Brown slightly and then add the water
- Cover the skillet and cook until the zucchini is soft and the water had been absorbed.
- Lastly add the cream and mix well. remove from heat.
- Meanwhile cook the pasta in plenty of salted boiling water.
- As soon as the penne is cooked drain and add to the skillet.
- Mix well and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Serve immediately.
- NOTES:
- When i make this i do not use heavy cream. I use So Delicious Coconut milk.
