No Egg Salad

- 2 cans S&W Garbanzo beans, rinsed shopping list
- 1/2 cup Follow Your Heart Soy-Free Vegenaise OR your favorite egg-free mayo shopping list
- 1 teaspoon French's Mustard OR your favorite mayo shopping list
- 1 teaspoon pickle vinegar OR white distilled vinegar shopping list
- 1 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper shopping list
- 1 teaspoon parsley shopping list
- 1 teaspoon granulated onion shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon granulated garlic shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard shopping list
- Scant 1/8 teaspoon turmeric shopping list
- Optional: Paprika to sprinkle on the top shopping list
How to make it
- Drain and rinse two cans of garbanzo beans. Pour in to food processor. Add all ingredients starting with mayo. Place top on food processor and pulse a couple of times to get started. Then blend until smooth. Taste salad and add additional seasoning to your liking. Serve on toast, bread, crackers or vegetables.
