  • 1.Combine all slaw ingredients in a medium-sized bowl. In a separate small bowl, whisk together yogurt, lemon juice, vinegar & honey. Drizzle dressing over slaw mix & stir until evenly coated. On once slice of bread layer lettuce, turkey, cheese and slaw. Top with second slice of bread.

    I've never had a Panera sandwich before, so I don't know how it compares. But it's a great sandwich!
