- Combine the peppers and adobo sauce in a food processor. Blend until smooth. shopping list

- 3 lbs. diced red potatoes shopping list
- 2 tbsp. canola oil shopping list
- Combine ingredients and mix to coat. Place onto a greased sheet pan. Bake at 425 degrees for 25 minutes or until lightly browned and crispy. Allow to cool. shopping list

- Salad Assembly:
- 1/3 cup roasted red peppers (cut in strips)
- 1/3 cup coarsely chopped cilantro
- cooked roasted red potatoes

- Combine ingredients in a bowl and gently mix.
