How to make it

  • Roll slices of bread with dough roller and remove crusts.
  • Place a single slice of cheese on each slice of flattened bread.
  • Follow Minute Rice directions, using vegetable broth instead of water.
  • Heat tomato basil soup over low heat, add cooked rice and parmesan cheese and stir until melted. Cover and remove from heat.
  • Melt butter in skillet.
  • Roll bread-cheese slices and "grill" in the skillet, turning to cook evenly, until desired crispness.
  • Serve two rolls with each serving of soup - great for dipping!
