Almost Homemade Tomato Rice Soup & Grilled Cheese Rolls

- Carton Imagine Tomato basil shopping list
- 1/3 C. Parmesan cheese shopping list
- 1-3/4 C. Brown Minute Rice (uncooked) shopping list
- 1-3/4 C. vegetable broth shopping list
- 8 slices of sourdough bread shopping list
- 8 slices of cheese shopping list
- 3 T. of butter shopping list
How to make it
- Roll slices of bread with dough roller and remove crusts.
- Place a single slice of cheese on each slice of flattened bread.
- Follow Minute Rice directions, using vegetable broth instead of water.
- Heat tomato basil soup over low heat, add cooked rice and parmesan cheese and stir until melted. Cover and remove from heat.
- Melt butter in skillet.
- Roll bread-cheese slices and "grill" in the skillet, turning to cook evenly, until desired crispness.
- Serve two rolls with each serving of soup - great for dipping!
