How to make it

  • 1. Combine first 7 ingredients in a large zip-lock plastic bag.
  • 2. Add fish to bag; seal. Marinate in refrigerator 1 ½ - 2 hours, turning occasionally.
  • 3. Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Coat pan with olive oil.
  • 4. Add fish and marinade to pan; cook fish 4 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork or until desired degree of doneness. Gently; don’t overcook.
  • 5. Place 1 fillet on each of 4 plates; drizzle each serving with about 2 teaspoons sauce.
  • 6. Sprinkle each serving with 1 Tbs. green onions and 3/4 teaspoon sesame seeds.
  • I lightly sautéed 2 cups of fresh, sliced mushrooms and 1 cup of roasted red bell peppers, sliced in strips. I baked 4 medium Idaho potatoes to be served with sour cream and chives and I did a nice side salad See Photo. Half a loaf of Focaccia for balance See Photo.
