Baked Haddock

- 1- 1 1/2 pounds haddock shopping list
- 1/2 cups panko crumbs shopping list
- 3 cloves of garlic, micro planed or finely minced shopping list
- Slat and pepper to taste shopping list
- 1/8 tsp dried thyme shopping list
- 1/4 cup olive oil, approx. shopping list
- Salt and pepper to taste. shopping list
- 1/4 cup Parm. cheese or 2 Tbs Nutritional yeast and 2 tbs almond meal, pulsed in a food processor. shopping list
- Lemon wedges for serving shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 450ยบ
- Dry fish with paper towel.
- Mix the garlic and bread crumbs , add the oil and mix well. This should look fairly corse.
- Place the fish on a parchment lined baking sheet and add salt and pepper.
- Press the crumb mixture into the fish.
- Bake for 14 mins per 1 inch thickness of fish.
