How to make it

  • 1. Cook ziti according to package directions.
  • 2. Meanwhile, in a Dutch oven, melt butter. Stir in flour until smooth; gradually add milk. Bring to a simmer; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened.
  • 3. Reduce heat; add the cheeses, garlic and pepper. Cook and stir until cheese is melted.
  • 4. Drain ziti; add to sauce mixture. Stir in ham and spinach. Transfer to a greased 13x9-in. (33 X 23 cm) baking dish.
  • 5. Bake, uncovered, at 375 F (190 C) for 20-25 minutes or until cheeses are melted and combo is heated through. The combo should be light golden on top.
  • 6. Remove from oven, cover with a dish towel and let rest for a few minutes.
  • 7. Serve.
