How to make it

  • Boil the rice in water.
  • Cut in cubes pickles,peel and cut in slices tomatoes.
  • Drained preserved tuna.
  • In a bowl mix rice,tuna,tomatoes,pickles,condiments and pour above barbecue sauce,but,not too many.

    Glad you like it.In the recipe,I used cornichons in white vinegar (sour).But,you can use,red pepper (sweet),or what you have or like.
