How to make it

  • In a bowl mix feta,sour cream,cream cheese,butter.In round metal forms,put the mix and put in the refrigerator.Keep,till the composition is firm.
  • Wash,peel,take out the seeds,and cut in fine cubes tomatoes.
  • Heat the oil,and stew the onion circles,and chill.
  • On a plate,put the mix cheese,put above ,tomatoes,

    this looks awesome! i've been hearing about a whipped feta lately. bet it's just like this and now i can try make it on my own! wouldn't this be lovely with fresh garden tomatoes as well. can't wait to try this! thanks for sharing!
