How to make it

  • Beat eggs with a splash of milk. Set aside. On plate, mix 1 packet of Goya seasoning with flour. Set aside. Pour breadcrumbs onto plate. Begin the breading process by taking marinaded chicken and dredging in seasoned flour, then dip in egg mixture and then coat with breadcrumbs. Set aside and repeat with rest of chicken. Fry in oil on medium heat until both sides are golden brown. Remove and drain on paper towel. Serve with desired sides.
