How to make it

  • Combine the glaze ingredients in order listed. ( reserve a small amount of glaze in small bowl to use after salmon is cooked)
  • Glaze one side of filet and place that side down on grill until slightly charred ( approx 4-5 mins)
  • Brush top side of the filets with remaining glaze-and cook the other side the same way- until done.
  • Can also be broiled in oven
