Grilled Provencal Chicken

- ½ cup olive oil shopping list
- ¼ cup lemon juice shopping list
- 2 tablespoons herbs de Provence shopping list
- ¼ teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper shopping list
- 6 boneless skinless chicken breast halves shopping list
How to make it
- 1. In 1 gallon resealable food storage plastic bag, combine all ingredients; seal bag and shake to coat. Refrigerate 30 to 60 minutes to marinate.
- 2. Meanwhile, heat grill.
- 3. When ready to grill, remove chicken from marinade; discard marinade. Place chicken on gas grill over medium heat. Cook 10 to 15 minutes or until chicken is fork tender and juices run clear, turning once.
