Quick Pickled Jalapeno Rings

- 3/4 cup water shopping list
- 3/4 cup distilled apple cider vinegar shopping list
- 3 tablespoons honey, raw honey is preferred, just make sure it is real honey, not that corn syrup added stuff shopping list
- 1 tablespoon himalayan pink salt shopping list
- 1 clove garlic, crushed, or 1 Tablespoon minced for a jar shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano shopping list
- 1 teaspoon Pepper Corns shopping list
- 10 large jalapeno peppers, sliced into rings shopping list

- Add any other veggies you like to this, it makes them spicy also, LIKE: shopping list

How to make it
- Combine water, vinegar, honey, salt, garlic, pepper corns, and oregano in a saucepan over high heat.
- Bring mixture to a boil, stir in jalapeno peppers and remove from heat. Let mixture cool for 10 minutes or more if you like.
- Pack peppers into jars, cover with vinegar mixture, cover, and refrigerate until needed.
- Chop sticks work great to push the slices and veggies down and spread them around.
- Tongs help you put them in the jars with less mess.
