How to make it

  • In large pot cook Ravioli per instructions.
  • In large fry pan heat up 1 tbsp. of oil. Add onion and fry for about 2 minutes added bell pepper and fry for a couple more minutes. Added mushroom and sausage meat.
  • Fry until sausages are cooked about 3 to 5 minutes. Turn down heat to simmer
  • Add canned tomatoes and mix. Add the cream cheese and mix in. Allow cream cheese to melt into the mixture. Allow mixture to simmer.
  • When Ravioli is cooked drain and return to pot. Add 2 tbsp. of oil and toss or mix together. Add dried spices and mix gently.
  • If you wish instead of using the oil and dry spices you can mix the sausage mixture with the Ravioli instead of serving separate
