Ingredients
  • 2 small packages lemon Jello
  • 2 ½ cups boiling water
  • 2 (8 oz.) cans Hunt’s Special Tomato Sauce with tomato bits (may sub. 1 can
  • Seasoned sauce and 1 can diced tomatoes)
  • 2 T. cider vinegar
  • ½ t. salt
  • ½ t. seasoned salt
  • Chopped celery and/or chopped artichoke hearts (as desired)

Directions
  1. Dissolve Jell-O in water. Add all but celery and artichokes, which you add when partially jelled.
  2. Serve with ranch dressing on the side.

Hi,
I usually like to add Worcestershire Sauce - a dab will do ya - to aspic but don't know how it would turn out in this one. Looks great just the way it is.
