Turkey Breakfast Sausage

- 1 pounds ground turkey shopping list
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar shopping list
- 2 teaspoons kosher salt (or could use brining salt w/ seasoning) shopping list
- 1 1/2 teaspoons ground black pepper shopping list
- 1 1/2 teaspoons ground sage shopping list
- 1 1/2 teaspoons ground thyme (didn't have) shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon dried marjoram (didn't have) shopping list
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes shopping list
How to make it
- Mix turkey, brown sugar, salt, black pepper, sage, thyme, marjoram, and red pepper flakes in a bowl.
- Shape turkey mixture into patties, or make into crumbles.
- Fry patties in a large skillet over medium-high heat until golden brown and no longer pink in the center, 6 to 8 minutes.
