Coffee Cubes

When I'm in a hurry, a couple of these sweetened milk cubes will cool down my coffee quickly enough to be able to drink it, without burning my mouth, and I don't have to waste time measuring out sugar and milk into my coffee.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup sugar shopping list
- 2 cups milk shopping list
- 2 ice trays (to make 32 cubes) shopping list
How to make it
- In a small sauce pan, pour milk and sugar.
- Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
- Once all the sugar is dissolved, take the pan off the heat, and let cool.
- Carefully pour into 2 ice trays, and put ice trays into freezer.
- Once both are completely frozen, dump them into a gallon sized ziplock bag.
- Then, the next time you make coffee, you can put however many you want into it, to sweeten it, and cool it enough to drink. Stir the coffee until the milk is completely melted.
