How to make it

  • Sauté in skillet garlic, onion and spinach.
  • After spinach is wilted (approx. 2 min.), add whisked eggs & cheese to mixture.
  • Mix and bake at 350-degrees for 30 minutes.
  • Serve and enjoy!
  • Optional: Top with fresh cilantro.
  • NOTE: You can replace the 6 egg whites for 5 whole eggs if you prefer.
  • Nutritional Information: (½ cup = 3 oz. protein, ½ cup veggies, ½ Tbsp. fat)
