Artichoke Cannellini Spread

- 1 can artichoke hearts, drained shopping list
- 1 (16-ounce) can cannellini or other white beans, drained shopping list
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley shopping list
- 2 tablespoons Italian-seasoned breadcrumbs shopping list
- 2 tablespoons (1/2 ounce) finely grated parmesan cheese shopping list
- 2 tablespoons water shopping list
- 1 tablespoon pesto sauce shopping list
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar shopping list
How to make it
- Chop artichoke hearts
- Mash beans in a medium bowl; stir in parsley and remaining ingredients.
- Spread on crackers.
