How to make it

  • 1. Put all of this in a deep mixing bowl and really mix it up, a wire whisk works well.
  • Store in an airtight container, clearly labeled.
  • I usually make up a fair bit of this at one time; using a “Tbs.” in place of a “tsp.”
  • In a good airtight container, this keeps a long time in the pantry. This seasoning will also work for the ground meet part of a Tostada and some other Mexican concoctions. The usual ratio for tacos is 2 Tbs. of seasoning per pound of meat ± to taste.
