Chicken Salad With Tarragon Mayonnaise And Pecans

Ingredients
- Mix together in large bowl: shopping list
- 4 cups diced or shredded cooked chicken shopping list
- 1 cup diced celery shopping list
- 1 cup toasted pecans, chopped shopping list
- Mix together in small bowl: shopping list
- 1/2 cup best mayonnaise (Like Best Foods or Hellman's) shopping list
- 1 Tbs. freshly squeezed lemon juice, or more to taste shopping list
- 1 tsp. dried tarragon shopping list
- Salt & freshly ground pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Spoon dressing over chicken mixture and toss gently to coat. Add salt and freshly ground pepper to taste.
- Serve on bed of torn or chopped leaf lettuce.
