- Crust: shopping list
- ½ pound butter shopping list
- 2 cups Flour shopping list
- ½ cup Powdered sugar shopping list
- Filling: shopping list
- 4 Eggs shopping list
- 1 cup raspberry puree' shopping list
- 2 cups granulated Sugar shopping list
- 4 table. Flour shopping list
How to make it
- Method :
- Cut together butter, flour, powdered sugar.
- Pat into 10"x15" cookie sheet.
- Bake: 350* for 20 minutes
- Puree' :
- Thaw 8 oz. of frozen Raspberries
- Puree' using a food processor or blender.
- Beat together eggs, raspberry puree', sugar, flour.
- Pour over hot crust.
- Bake: 350* an additional 20 minutes
- Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Cut when cool.
