  • Method :
  • Cut together butter, flour, powdered sugar.
  • Pat into 10"x15" cookie sheet.
  • Bake: 350* for 20 minutes
  • Puree' :
  • Thaw 8 oz. of frozen Raspberries
  • Puree' using a food processor or blender.
  • Beat together eggs, raspberry puree', sugar, flour.
  • Pour over hot crust.
  • Bake: 350* an additional 20 minutes
  • Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Cut when cool.

    Please include directions on how you make the raspberry puree for those of us, like me, who have never done it. We love raspberries and this sounds like a different take on lemon bars. Also, does the amount of sugar depend on how sweet the berries are? Super sweet berries would need less??
