Oven Baked BBQ Ribs
From bakerme 7 years agoIngredients
- 4 boneless, country-style pork ribs shopping list
- granulated garlic, to taste shopping list
- black pepper, to taste shopping list
- salt, to taste (optional) shopping list
- BBQ sauce, your favorite homemade or bottled shopping list
How to make it
- Place the ribs in a single layer in a large pot with enough water to cover the meat by about an inch. Add granulated garlic, pepper, and salt, if using. Bring to a boil and skim off any foam. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 1 hour. Heat oven to 325 degrees. Line a baking pan with no-stick foil. Use tongs to remove the ribs from the pot (let excess water drip off so it doesn't make the sauce too watery) and place in a single layer in prepared pan. Pour a good amount of BBQ sauce over the ribs. Cover the pan with foil and bake 30 mins. Use tongs to turn ribs over. Pour more BBQ sauce over them, cover, and bake an additional 30 mins, for a total of 1 hour. Remove ribs to serving plates and drizzle with additional BBQ sauce, if desired, and serve.
- Note: These ribs are super tender and the meat can be cut with a fork!
