Cold Cantaloupe And Prosciutto Soup

- 1/2 ripe cantaloupe shopping list
- Juice of 1/2 lime shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt or to taste shopping list
- 2 tsp. balsamic vinegar shopping list
- 2 slices prosciutto shopping list
How to make it
- Peel cantaloupe and cut into chunks.
- Place in a food processor and process at high speed until pureed.
- Add lime juice and salt and blend again.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Divide soup into two large bowls or smaller serving vessels if having as an appetizer.
- Chop prosciutto into small bits.
- Garnish soup with proscuitto and a drizzle of balsamic vinegar.
- Enjoy.
