Grilled Lemon Sockeye

- 1 side of salmon shopping list
- Olive Oil or coconut Oil shopping list
- Kosher Salt shopping list
- Lemon Pepper shopping list
- Lemon Slices and Dill Seed or Weed shopping list
How to make it
- I get my grill good and hot, oil it first with paper towel and a little olive oil.
- Turn heat down to low if Gas Grill
- Place salmon skin side down. I rub a little olive oil on the skin so it won't stick as well.
- I cook my fish on low, I do not flip it over.
- I add kosher salt, lemon pepper sprinkle of dill and kosher salt top with lemon slices.
- Close lid for 5 minutes,--7 minutes...fish will be opaque (a rather milky color) when it is finished cooking.
- I put on cookie sheet when done and cover with foil as fish will continue to cook when removed.
- Dinner is done, salad, corn on the cob and French bread..good as it gets!
