My Breakfast Smoothies

- 3/4 to 1 cup Liquid, ie: milk, goats milk, soy milk, almond milk, your fav shopping list
- 3/4 to 1 cup yogurt, I prefer greek regular shopping list
- 1 Avocado, optional, if I have it shopping list
- 1 banana, sliced in 1/2 in sections, I prefer the red and very ripe shopping list
- 1/2 to 1 beets, chopped into 1/2 inch sections, optional, if I have it shopping list
- 3/4 cup-ish of frozen mixed fruit, un-thawed, or fresh fruit, your favorite shopping list
- 1 handful Kale OR/or Plus shopping list
- 1 handful Spinach shopping list
- ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ shopping list
- I am thinking about adding other stuff also, like: shopping list
- carrots shopping list
- cucumbers shopping list
- black garlic, lunch time smoothies shopping list
- squashes shopping list
- eggplant shopping list
- tomatoes, lunch time smoothies shopping list
- SO MUCH that I can add, and once my teeth are pulled and I have to wait that 6 weeks for dentures I can even add chicken and turkey like baby foods!!! shopping list

How to make it
- Pour the liquid into the blender cup first, it will make the blending easier.
- Add the yogurt, avocado and banana next.
- Add the beets or any other super food that you want to add at this point.
- Then add fruit, for natural sweetness.
- Toss in kale and/or spinach!
- Blend away.
- NOTE:
- My blender says not to blend for more then a minute at a time, and to let it rest in between, plus no more then 3 consecutive blends without a 10 minute break to let the motor cool down.
- Also to never use frozen foods in the blender as it can damage the blades.
