How to make it

  • Pour the liquid into the blender cup first, it will make the blending easier.
  • Add the yogurt, avocado and banana next.
  • Add the beets or any other super food that you want to add at this point.
  • Then add fruit, for natural sweetness.
  • Toss in kale and/or spinach!
  • Blend away.
  • NOTE:
  • My blender says not to blend for more then a minute at a time, and to let it rest in between, plus no more then 3 consecutive blends without a 10 minute break to let the motor cool down.
  • Also to never use frozen foods in the blender as it can damage the blades.
