Raw Cranberry Relish With A Twist

- 12 oz bag cranberries shopping list
- 1 orange shopping list
- 3/4 cup sugar shopping list
- 4 oz shiraz or merlot wine shopping list
- 1 T orange zest shopping list
How to make it
- Wash cranberries and place in food processor
- Peel orange and place in food processor along with zest
- Add sugar and wine to the cranberries and orange and pulse till done.
- That is all. Let it mingle in fridge for 2 hours or so and serve at room temperature or chilled
- You will be telling yourself - I CANNOT believe that this relish is so simple and so incredibly different.
