Creamy Chicken Tortellini Soup

- 2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts (can use thighs too) about 1lb. shopping list
- 2 14 oz. cans chicken broth shopping list
- 1/2 cup diced onion shopping list
- 1/2 cup diced celery shopping list
- 1 tsp ground peper shopping list
- 1 tsp garlic salt shopping list
- 1 tbsp Italian seasoning shopping list
- 1 package cheese tortellini shopping list
- 8 oz. cream cheese shopping list
- 3/4 10 oz. package frozen chopped spinach, thawed shopping list
How to make it
- 1. Place first seven ingredients in slow cooker and set on low. Cook on low for 5 hours.
- 2. Remove chicken to cutting board to shred, then return to slow cooker.
- 3. Stir in cream cheese.
- 4. When cream cheese has melted into broth, add the tortellini and spinach.
- 5. Cook on low for another hour, or until tortellini is cooked through and tender.
