How to make it
- Put them as I went along into my personal blender.
- When done adding ingredients I blended it for about 1 minute.
- It was more then I expected so I had to find a bigger pan then my normal egg pan.
- Placed it in the microwave and had to cook it for about 8 minutes, stirring occasionally. If I had been less hungry I would have just made this in the oven or on the stove top. Much better for you. I really do try NOT to take these bad for me shortcuts most days! AND I hate cooking with plastic in the microwave, however, all of my glass bowls are still full of Thanksgiving stuff in the fridge! Darn Holidays!!!
- I love my ro-tel so I added about 1/2 a cup of that to it after cooking, people look at me weird when I do this.
- You may want to drink a citrus drink with this omelet mixture to help your body absorb the calcium.
- I did not soak my seeds before hand, I normally do, I was hungry when I got home, no patience.
- Looks awful, I admit, however, it tastes great and is pretty darn good for me!

- Not as good for me as it could have been. Will add more healthy stuff next time, and yes there will be a next time. You need to get most of your protein in for breakfast so that is why all of the protein items for this meal.
