Raspberry Pavlova

- 1/4 cup sugar shopping list
- 1 (3 ounce) package JELL-O Brand Raspberry Flavor Gelatin shopping list
- 4 egg whites shopping list
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice shopping list
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch shopping list
- 2 cups thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping shopping list
- 2 cups fresh raspberries shopping list
- 1 kiwi, peeled, sliced shopping list
How to make it
- Heat oven to 275 degrees F.
- 2 Combine sugar and dry gelatin mix. Beat egg whites in medium bowl with mixer on high speed 5 min. or until soft peaks form. Add sugar mixture, 1 Tbsp. at a time, beating constantly until stiff peaks form. Gently stir in lemon juice and cornstarch until blended.
- 3 Spread into 8-inch circle on parchment-covered baking sheet.
- 4 Bake 1-1/2 hours. Cool completely (Note this is from another recipe which worked great. Turn oven off then open oven door, but leave meringue in the oven for 15 more minutes. Remove meringue to a draft free spot.
- 5 Transfer meringue to plate just before serving; top with remaining ingredients.
