Roasted Potatoes Recipe

How to make it

  • Heat oven to 450
  • Wash and cut potatoes in 1/4 inch rounds
  • Par boil them for 5 minutes
  • drain them and toss in oil and S&P
  • lay them in an even layer on cookie sheet end pieces flat part down
  • roast for 45 minutes or until golden brown flipping about every 15 minutes
