How to make it

  • 1. Sift AP flour and baking power into a large glass measuring cup.
  • 2. For the liquid mixture, beat eggs well, gradually add in each ingredient mixing well after each addition
  • 3. Add liquid mixture to the flour mixture and mix well.
  • 4. Pour into cup cake molds or muffin tins
  • 5. Steam for 15 minutes on medium heat. Use a toothpick to test for doneness.
