Roasted Garlic Butter With Thyme

- 1 Head Roasted Garlic per Stick of butter shopping list
- 1 Stick unsalted Room Temp butter per Head of Garlic shopping list
- Fine Chopped Fresh Thyme I Tsp per Stick of butter shopping list
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil shopping list
- Salt shopping list
- Fresh Ground black pepper shopping list
- Paprika [Optional] shopping list
How to make it
- Cut the top of the garlic head off to expose the cloves of garlic.
- Drizzle with oil season well with salt, pepper and Paprika. Either wrap the garlic head in foil or put into a ceramic or clay baking dish Pyrex will work to. Cover with foil or dish top and bake in 350 degree heated oven for 40 minutes or until the cloves are soft and allow to cool.
- Sprinkle the thyme onto the butter. Mash the garlic with a fork into the butter and thyme season lightly with salt mix and taste. Adjust with more salt if needed. Refrigerate and serve with bread at meal time.
