Mini Chocolate Lava Cakes

- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil shopping list
- 1/4 cup milk shopping list
- 1 large egg shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract shopping list
- 1/3 cup self-rising flour shopping list
- 1/2 cup sugar shopping list
- 2 tablespoons cocoa shopping list
- 1/2 cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips -OR- shopping list
- 8 of your favorite chocolate miniatures shopping list

- 2 tablespoons real butter shopping list
- 1/4 cup almond / soy / dairy milk shopping list
- 1 large egg, or 1 tablespoon corn starch mixed with water shopping list
- 1/3 almond (any nut flour really) flour shopping list
- 1/8 teaspoon Pink Himalayan Salt or sea salt [You need to add the salt and soda when NOT using self rising flour] shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda [You need to add the salt and soda when NOT using self rising flour] shopping list
- 1/4 cup raw honey shopping list
- 2 tablespoons cacao shopping list
- 1/2 cup organic cacao chips shopping list
How to make it
- Mix oil, milk, egg, and vanilla together.
- Whisk until well blended.
- Add flour, sugar, and cocoa and mix well.
- in each (2) mug place either an 1/8 cup of chips or 2 miniatures into the bottom of the mug.
- Cover with 1/4 cup of batter. Cover evenly.
- Add another 1/8 cup of chips or 2 miniatures on top of the batter layer.
- Cover this chocolate candy layer with 1/4 cup of the batter.
- Place each cup on opposite side of the microwave and cook for 90 seconds, until light and fluffy.
- Remember these cups WILL be hot when done cooking so remove them from the microwave with care.
- Sprinkle with powdered sugar or top with whipped cream or ice cream.
- Enjoy while still warm for the best LAVA!!!
