Garlic Sriracha Grilled Chicken (by My Favorite Recipes Blogpost)

- 2 Tablespoons tomato paste shopping list
- 2 Tablespoons Sriracha (changed to Sambal Oelek) and only used about 1 T plus 1 t. shopping list
- 2 Tablespoons "Sweet Soy Sauce" (Indonesian Kecap Manis) - store bought or homemade, don't have this used 1 T Mirin, and 1 T low sodium soy sauce) shopping list
- 2 garlic cloves, grated (upped this to 3 cloves) shopping list
- 1 teaspoon paprika (my addition) shopping list
- 1 teaspoon onion powder (my addition) shopping list
- 4 chicken thigh fillets shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 180 C (350 Fahrenheit). Line baking tray with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, add tomato paste, Sriracha, Sweet Soy Sauce and grated garlic. Whisk until well combined with a fork.
- Coat the chicken thigh fillets and arrange them on the prepared baking tray.
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes and serve immediately with your choice or rice or salad.
