How to make it

  • 5 birds eye chilies
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • use a pestle to grind peppers and garlic up.
  • add 1 1/2 tbsp. of sugar,.4 tbsp. of fish sauce (3 crabs brand the best),
  • 2 tbsp. lime juice and chopped cilantro
  • optional added chopped cherry tomato
  • mix all ingredients and serve or wrap and can be held in refrigerator, till service.
